"How soon can you fix my bike?"

As a mobile bike shop, all repairs and services are by-appointment. Most appointments can be made within one to several days of your inquiry. During busier times, the wait for a service appointment may take a week or longer.

"How long will it take to fix my bike?"

Most of our services can be completed between 30 and 60 minutes. More involved tuneups, such as the Silver, Gold, or Platinum services, take longer.

"What forms of payment do you take?"

Credit card, check, Venmo, or cash.

"Can I meet you instead of you coming to me?"

Of course. Those appointments are typically done at a local Peet's Coffee, located in Brambleton at 42385 Ryan Rd, Ashburn, VA 20148.

"If my bicycle needs a new part, will you have that in stock?"

In most cases, yes. The shop's van carries thousands of spare parts. The goal is to always have that needed replacement part, be it a tube, tire, chain, or wheel. We try to keep at least one of everything on the van. If you're curious to know if we have a specific part for your bike, please feel free to reach-out and ask.
