If you're not fully satisfied for any reason with an accessory or component purchased through Ashburn Bicycle Repair, most (but not all) items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Prior to returning an item, please contact us, first.
The returned item needs to be in the same new-condition it was in when shipped to you, including original packaging/paperwork/tags/etc. If the item was shipped, there's a re-stocking fee of 20%. The restocking fee recoups a portion of the labor and shipping expenses incurred to deliver that item to you. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Labor charges are not eligible for a refund/return.
Please note: electric bicycles, folding bicycles, and/or special-order bicycles may not be returned.
